Beginners - those who have never had a fitness program

Normal- those who workout, but have no set program or balanced workout program that allow them to make the changes.

Advance- those who had a program, and have had been in several program, but the results was not what they expected.

  • work with all comers, Kids, Teens, Adults, regardless of shape size and weight. is to
  • subtract the weight you're trying to eliminate, Gain muscle that will not grow, Build stamina and cardio endurance, Develop speed, and explosive power, Develop flexibility.
  • is to make you happy and stress free and gain a friend and personal trainer of trust.

Hourly session - $40.00
Half Hour session - $20.00
Meal plan (not monitored) $40.00, monthly
Meal plan (monitored) $40.00 every 2 weeks
Workout programs - $60.00 monthly (for those whom workout on their own)
