As you can see, I've made some dramatic gains so far this offseason.
MHP has made a big difference this year. This is not only the
biggest I've ever been, but also the leanest! I've grown 2Xs
this year - as in last year I wore XL sweatpants and this year
I need XXXL.
AIN'T
NO SUCH THING AS A BACK THAT'S TOO BIG!I
love training back and it's always been a strongpoint for me.
It's one of my focus areas for the USA Championships in July.
So if you think I look big in this shot... you haven't seen
anything yet!
I've
been able to bring up my chest and triceps even more this year,
and I'm continuing to hit 'em hard. I've been merciless on my
legs again this year with some training sessions lasting 5 hours.

I
got my first movie role in REVENGE OF THE BLACK EAGLE II, where
I play a kick boxing student being trained by the master. It
has a release date of May, 2010.

The
gains I've made with MHP since I competed at the North Americans.
9/17:
"In
2010 I want to hit the stage as a full blown Heavyweight. So
I'm going to continue to punish my back to add more width to
my lats and build overall thickness. I'm also going to punish
my chest to create more fullness.
To
bring up my glutes I've added deadlifts to my program for the
first time. I started doing them a week before the North Americans
and I pulled 405 for 15 reps on my last set, strict. I should
be pulling 600+ by November, and we'll see where I can take
it from there.
I'm
also going to continue improving my arms, working on building
some bicep thickness with close grip curls and keeping growing
my triceps.
So
this winter I'm going to be training heavy and eating clean.
I'm on a mission to hit a lean 260 lbs - 22 lbs more than I
did last year."
Production
on his new DVD will start in September, taking on his journey
to become more FREAKTT than than ever before, and ultimately
win a national title.
