My post-workout drink consists of 50g whey isolute,
50-70 grams of dextrose or glucose, 3 grams of creatine and 20 grams of
glutamine taken 10 minutes after your workout.
All fats don't necessarily make you fat - stick to products with unsaturated
fats such as flaxseed oil, olive oil, as well as any kind of seeds or
nuts.
Eat low-glycolic carbs such as rye bread, yams and sweet potatoes, red
potatoes, peas corn, buckwheat noodles, brown rice, oatmeal, and most
fruits and vegetables to get leaner
