It’s the one and only Saviour! Silvio Samuel Saviour was given his IFBB pro card in June 2006 and since then has taken the bodybuilding world by storm. Born in Brazil in 1975, he and his family relocated to Nigeria where Silvio joined the national weightlifting team. A series of personal and professional decisions finally brought him to bodybuilding. Now he resides in both Spain and America.

Join Silvio as he trains for the 2007 New York Pro at Milos Sarcev’s Koloseum Gym under the instruction of Milos himself. Be amazed as he trains arms, legs, back, shoulders, and chest with giant sets.
