Flex Online: Mad Max

As usual, Flex brings you the latest news and exclusive coverage as today, 5 weeks out from the big show, Jay, Silvio and I went to San Diego for an appearance at 619 Muscle, a nutrition store owned by Pete Ciccone inside the World Gym on Garnet, lots of people showed up including many Pros such as Gina Allioti, Derik Farnsworth, Silvio, etc... THere was a Hardbody contest that all the Pros judged, lots of various vendors were there and lots of freebies were given away.

Everybody had a lot of fun and at the very end I had the chance to have Jay and Silvio hit a couple of poses for you guys. Here they are, Jay and Silvio, 5 weeks out from the 2007 Olympia, Jay at a weight at 288 and Silvio at 224.
