I
want to become a pro bodybuilder and win the big shows, which
is easy to say but hard to acheive. I am willing to do what it
takes. My grandma says to me "if they can do it, you can
do it."

1 - Chest+front shoulders
Day
2 - Arms
Day
3 - Back +rear shoulders
Day
4 - Calf+ Legs
I also do abs every other day and cardio 2 times a weel.
I train at Tigers gym - it's a big place with state of the art
equipment. In the off season, I do one body part a day. I also
have done some martial arts since I was eleven years old and occasionally
include some of that kind of exercise too. Contest preparation
is intense and I train twice a day:

1: Chest and Front Shoulders
- Day
2: Arms
- Day
3: Back and Rear Shoulders
- Day
4: Calves and legs
- Abs
every other day
