Plan a weekend with Roc in Atlanta

VIP Package - $1,200

Arrive Thursday

  • Roc and Gina will pick you up from Hartsfield Airport
  • Dropped off at Hotel (Wellesley Inn Suites) from airport
  • Initial critique and Gina to go over itinerary for weekend

Friday (Day 1)

  • Picked up from hotel at 6:30 a.m.
  • Train at local gym at 7:00 a.m.
  • Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. with Roc and Gina
  • Return to Hotel around 10:00 a.m.
  • Picked up from hotel at 1:30 p.m.
  • Posing at 2:00 p.m. at local gym
  • Cardio at 3:00 p.m. at local gym
  • Dinner at 4:30 p.m. with Roc and Gina
  • Go over day and answer all pertinent questions
  • Return to hotel around 6:00 p.m.

Saturday (Day 2)

  • Repeat Friday routine on Saturday

Sunday (Day 3)

  • Picked up from hotel at 6:30 a.m.
  • Train at local gym at 7:00 a.m.
  • Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. with Roc and Gina
  • Return to Hotel around 10:00 a.m.
  • Picked up from hotel at your designated time to get to airport
