Every
year in the month of May the NPC Eastern Seaboard brings
out new faces and great athletes that always seem to move
on to National Levels. This past November at the 2004
NPC Nationals that was held in Dallas, Texas, Roc earned
his pro card in the Light Heavy Weight Division. After
his win, he decided to take on four beautiful figure competitors,
Chae An, Kim Jones, Renikka Dingle and Pro Figure Tammie
Leady. In January 2005, Roc put together a weight training,
cardio vascular and meal plan program for all four girls.
After vigorous hours of cardio, weight training and not
to mention Roc's drill sergeant ways all ladies wouldn't
accept anything but first place. The year started in March
at the Atlantic USA were all four ladies saw their training
partner Bethany Gainey win her weight class and take the
over all. This put fire in all of their veins and nothing
less would be acceptable.
Winning
in the Class A, Chae An brought a complete package from
head to toe. Chae has been known as one of the WCW Nitro
Girls. Chae had always wanted to compete in figure but
never could put a successful program together to get to
her goal. She started at 142 lbs and brought a sleek,
symmetrical 115 lbs with the help from Roc. Great job
Chae!
If
you heard someone screaming, "Mississippi",
that' s probably Roc screaming to a home boy or girl.
All the way from Jackson, Mississippi was the gorgeous
Kim Jones. Kim is the owner of a gymnastic facility in
Jackson and has work extremely hard towards her win in
Class B. Although Kim has plans to compete in fitness,
she decided to get qualified in figure. After her second
place finish at the Atlantic USA Figure Championship,
Kim was determined to win at this year's Eastern Seaboard.
She brought a more compete balanced and polished package
since the Atlantic. We look forward to seeing Kim move
on towards the National Level at the 2005 NPC Nationals
in fitness, held in Atlanta, Georgia. Good Luck Kim!
Roc's
overall and class C winner was Renikka Dingle, a.k.a.
Spydr. Spydr has been with Roc for over two years and
has been winning since she's gotten started. She was the
Class C winner in the 2003 Coastal Figure Championships,
months later competing again at the 2004 Atlantic USA,
losing to Pro Figure Champ Denise Starling Steele in the
overall. Spydr's drive, determination and effortless style,
beauty and grace had the audience in aw. We hope to see
this beauty again soon.
Roc's
final winner in the Pro Division was Tammie Leady. Taking
4th place and missing a shot to go to the Olympia by 1
point Tammie's new package brought much excitement to
all that work with her. From her new sassy hair-do, overall
presentation, to a more balance and polished look, Tammie
is on her way back to the top. Tammie can be reached at
