What's
comes easy, and what doesn't for you? Working out 7days/week
comes easy for me. Eating mounds of tofu when dieting for a show
does not!!
What's
the best thing you've ever done for your bodybuilding career?
Stayed with it...trained when I didn't want to and listen to the
advice of otehrs.
What's
the biggest mistake you've made? Trying to make weight at
a show. I should have gone in looking the best I could and not
worry about the weight class I was in. Huge mistake!!
Describe
your training style. I change up my workout very frequently.
Some weeks I will work out 2x day. Light upper body in teh AM
and heavy legs or hams in the evening. Cardio everyday.... I stay
consistant with i even when dieting for a show. I increase my
cardio then and workout according to my energy level.. The last
2 weeks there I don't do legs and I do cirsuit training more frequently
with light weights. This suppossedly empties out the ATP in the
muscle along with carb depleteing so I can carb load better right
before a show. I am all natural, no creatine or steroids so I
tend to lose size if I am not careful. Keeping the protein up
is an effort.
Where
do you see yourself in 10 years? Still doing the same thing
as long as my body lets me. I have been working out since I was
16 and I haven't slowed down yet.
What
are your bodybuilding goals? I have my NPA pro-card and have
done well in the NPC but I really just want to be in the best
shape I can be in and go from there. I have "mature"
muscle and I know how my body reacts t changes.
What do you need to do to get there? Time will tell. Not sure
yet.
Who
are your favorite bodybuilders and why? Curtis Bryant!! He's
a great guy and a great friend. I have been cheering him on for
years w/high hopes he gets his pro card this year..
