For
over 7 years I have assisted men and women as well as
Marines and Sailors to reach their goals. My mission as
a personal trainer is to educate you on exercising, dieting,
and living a healthy life. I listen to my clients and
take their needs seriously. It is not my desire to transform
everyone into a replica of myself. When I take on a new
client I first understand their goals and then their general
health needs. Then I can design a program that will help
you achieve those goals as quickly and safely as possible.
