individual and group critique and instruction for you to
present your best physique. We believe that "Posing
Practice" is an integral part of contest
preparation.
- Pre-contest Diet - We outline the
details of each diet (what, how much, how often) and
evaluate progress regularly. We are adept at making small
adjustments in diet to keep you on track throughout the
contest-prep period.
- Details, details, details – We coach
you on how to ensure your best place in the show by helping
you with the details, such as color (tan), suit(s), music,
etc.
