All of our Wellness Coaches employee the same philosophy and
methods while altering them for each individual. We work with
you as a complete person to help you manage all the multiple
aspects that affect your physical fitness.
Achieving every individual’s goals is dependant upon:
- Consistency
– regularly exercising and eating nutritious foods
AND
- Intensity
- the appropriate exercises at the right weight, number
of reps and sets, with the appropriate rest period

What’s a Wellness Coach?
Exercise alone is not enough. What you do outside of the gym
can count more than what you do in the gym! We
work with you as a complete person to help you manage all the
aspects that affect your physical fitness, such as:
- Exercise:
Resistance training, cardiovascular training, and stretching
- Nutrition:
What to eat, how much to eat and when to eat; the best methods
to prepare your food; dining out without sabotaging your
efforts; entertaining, etc.

management and developing a positive mental attitude

10/1/07 - Our Open House for the New Place
Although the official opening of our new facility isn’t planned
until Nov 1, 2007, we held our first open house this past weekend.
Gym equipment is still coming in, but we have more than enough
to make sure our current clients are working hard.
The open house was held on both Saturday and Sunday and included:
- Tours
of the new place with photos of the equipment yet to come
- Yummy,
clean food (click here for the recipes!!)
- Recovery
bars
- Fruit
with faux brownie batter dip
- Chips
(low cal/fat/sodium) and Lara’s mango salsa
- Veggies
with no cal dressings and homemade hummus for dipping
- Video
replays of Roc at the Nationals in 2004
- A full-body
workout – no skimping on intensity just because the equipment
wasn’t all there!
Now that
everyone knows where it is, there are no excuses!!

Non-Profit: Fitness Pros for Fit Kids
We are dedicated and passionate about fitness. We believe
that exercise, along with a nutritious diet, should be a
habit in everyone's daily lives, just like brushing your
teeth. This is why we started FitnessPros for Fit Kids,
a non-profit organization that helps children establish
healthy habits they can incorporate into their lives now
