What I can tell you about my training is short: I don't
talk, train explosive and hard, and I don't stay long
in the gym.
Since
2007 I'm an official member of the Trauma team, coach
IFFB Pro Alison Maria. I have been following the training
strategy and mentality of my coach and it is working.
My leg training:
leg extension
2 x 40 reps
3 sets of 15 reps
Leg
press
3 sets of 15 reps
Leg
curl
2 x 40 reps
3 sets of 15 reps superset with Stiff deadlift 3x 10
reps
Calves
5 sets of 25 reps.
I don't use the same weight every set!
