What Got You Into Bodybuilding?
I started Lifting weights in high school at the age of 16 and from there I joined the Springstead High School weightlifting team. I was on the the team for three years. Broke and still hold the bench press record for 183lbs weight class. I also competed in state weightlifting meets for two years. The gains I saw from weightlifting pushed me to start bodybuilding. Encouragement from other members at the local gym also helped as well.

Who have been your biggest influences?
My biggest influences have been Jim Kaale, Jamie Ibone, and Rock Livingston just to name a few.

What have you learned about yourself since you started?
Since I started bodybuilding I have learned how far I can really push myself and my body to the absolute limit. When it comes to training I have Learned that quality over powers quantity. And nutrition makes up 85% of it.

Describe your training.
Normally my reps do not change much from off season to contest prep. I really let the diet take over.

training split
Tues legs
wed chest/ shoulders/calves
Thurs off
Fri back/ calves
sat arms
sun off
Mon off

Diet is everything. If you do not diet correctly then you will not go far. Never skip a meal. You must train at 200% no matter what. Supplements are good, but they can only get you so far, it still all goes back to what you eat. Like the saying goes, you are what you eat.

Where do you see yourself in the future?
I want to be the best at what I do. In 10 years I see myself owning my own gym where I train others for contest prep. Also being called Mr. Olympia and winner of the Arnold classic. My bodybuilding goals are to turn pro and compete in the Arnold Classic and Mr .Olympia and win both.

Who do you admire?
My favorite bodybuilders are Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dexter the Blade Jackson. Arnold is what the bodybuilding standard is and Dexter for bring it back.

What do you do for fun?
I enjoy bodybuilding, playing video games, football, watching, sports center and spending time with family and friends
