Whats
your Basic nutrition plan?
7 meals a day ranging from every 2 1/2 -3 hours and 3 of
the meals are MRP'S. Depending on my weight in the off-season,
I try to take in 1.5 grams of protein x my body weight.
I also supplement with L-Glutamine, creatine, multivitamins
and minerals, and No2.
Why
do you love Bodybuilding?
This sport gives me the opportunity to accomplish my personal
goals, teaches me how to be confident, committed, dedicated
and consistent throughout the year with my diet and training.
Bodybuilding has taught me to be a more positive thinking
person.
What
tip would you give other bodybuilders?
Be patient, stay focused and committed, have faith in yourself,
and never give up.
Who
are your favorite bodybuilders?
Dexter "The Blade" Jackson, Lou Ferringo, Flex
wheeler. these guys throughout their career faced some sort
of hardship but they never gave up - excellent role models
for bodybuilders.
