TRAINING
PROGRAMME:
I train one body part a day six days straight, taking sunday off.
FAVOURITE
EXERCISES:
I like all basic heavy movements,they are the best for muscle growth
and give your body a real dense look.
LEAST-FAVOURITE EXERCISES:
The least favourite without a doubt is ab work outs and cardio,they
are boring exercises,nothing challenging about them.
NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS USED:
Prolab supplements.Loads of whey powder, glutamine, creatine and lean
mass matrix meal replacement (apple and cinnamon) also N-Large and
ZMA.
STAYING FOCUSED & MOTIVATED:
The fear of failure is what keeps me motivated.I have too many people
to prove wrong !! |
