Who have been your biggest influences?
Rob Renaldo (brother) he put into the game. He makes sure I get my ass kicked in the workouts…and Rob his one of the guys to watch out in the future!!!

What are the most important things you've learned since you?
Eat on time…because I was a walking food disorder.

What's comes easy, and what doesn't for you?
Condition comes really quick….. but the first 2 weeks of my diet, OMG it's hard to reduce the calories. I'm ready to kill somebody LOL.

Describe your training style, how does it change from off-season to contest prep?
I'm big fan of intensive workouts. I keep that all year around with giant sets. Quality is not quantity.

What are your bodybuilding goals?
I want to get the pro card soon as possible. I have an awesome team to help me. It starts with a great family because my parents brothers and sisters there are 24/7 for whatever I need, even if it's to tell me off..LOL At the gym I have a group(mates) that gives me good support. They are there helping me with workouts and they make sure my motivation is on at all time. The friendship after the all the great work is a bonus.

Who are your favorite bodybuilders and why?
Dexter Jackson…because I there a some things about my physique that is similar to his, and small guys can make a lot damage LOL.

Describe your ideal physique?
Huuumm… my physique. Everyday I sharpen and improve it to become one of the guys that the sport is going to remember.

Tell me about your approach to nutrition?
I have been using a lot supplements on and off season. I saw big improvements when I incorporated them into my diet. Off season I do use No Explode BSN pre-workout and Cell Mass post workout. During the day, straight after meals, amino acids, glutamine and multivitamins.

During contest prep I use fat burners Hydroxycut from Muscletech, Protein syntha-6 from BSN, Cla and Nolvadex and Super Pump from Gaspari. This is how I get ripped.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Olympia babe. I will keep make improvements to fight for better future.

What keeps you coming back to the gym?
I love training and see my body changing. I do love in bodybuilding the challenge and the inspiration we can give to everybody.

What else should your fans know about you?
I put my heart in everything… and I just want get what I deserve.
