When I was in high school I was addicted to Dragon Ball Z. My favorite character was Vegeta. I wanted to look like he did. Maybe that's why I was hooked on bodybuilding from the first time I set foot in a gym. People told me I had the frame of a bodybuilder. Now my goal is to become natural pro bodybuilder.

I had planned on training for at least 3 years before competing, but after making some serious gains since in my first year of training, I've moved up my timetable. It really started when I came across a Muscle Tech application for sponsorship that required a contest photo to be considered, I decided to compete as soon as possible.

So I joined the INBF right away and started preparing for a show this past June. I entered as a novice and placed second. I loved being on stage. It feels like its my destiny. I did another show june 27th but realized I need to build a better physique and decide I'd take the rest of the year off to grow and become more competitive.

My biggest influences has been my best friends Clint Reese, Jason Mills and Jason Nolasco. My family has been against me being a bodybuilder every step of the way they've even went so far as to say I'd never make it. My friends on the other hand believe in me and told me if I believe in myself I'd get it done. They've been beside me every step of the way and helps me anyway they can. They're more than my friends, they're my
brothers.

Getting ripped came easy but gaining solid size didn't. However my body has change so much since I started, it seems that now everything comes easy with the right kind of training and nutrition. As far as body parts go I've always had problems getting my chest and calves to grow.

In the next 10 years I see myself as the best in the WNBF. I also see myself as the bodybuilder who'll bring the attention to the natural side of the sport that it deserves. I'll also be doing a few movies and making workout videos. I will also been helping amateur bodybuilders that are also trying to make it to the pros. Hopefully I'll be married and have a few kids too.

My short term goal is to make it to the pros after which I plan on being the best. I currently want to build up to 225lbs for the off season then cut to 185lbs for contest. To accomplish these goals I need to get sponsored. So I can get some supplements that I currently can't fit in my budget.

Eddie Latoza is my favorite natural bodybuilder because his abs and obliques are the best I've ever seen. He is also 6 feet which makes him only 1" shorter than me. I plan on building a physique close to his. Johnnie O Jackson is my overall favorite bodybuilder because he back, chest and abs are something to admire. He is also the worlds strongest bodybuilder which is a title I'd like to earn. Jay Cutler is also a favorite of mine because he is humble and every year he brings a better physique to the stage. He's also a great example that hard work and determination pays off. Frank Zane because of he is one of the few old timers that still poses a great physique at his current age. Arnold Schwarzenegger because he wrote the new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding, which has taught me the most about bodybuilding.

My favorite body part to train is my back mainly because I love to do
pull ups and dead lifts. I don't really have a least favorite body
part.

Dieting is the absolute most important thing for me to make my gains
followed closely by training and supplementing.

I'm still experimenting with contest diet because I haven't found out
what works best for me but I do start dieting 12 weeks out.
