I believe you should strive to be the best at what you do, and do it with pride and passion while striving to help others achieve as well. It's rewarding to help people can change their body. Fitness has a huge impact your confidence and emotional state.

Everyone has their strengths and weakness. I believe that you should work on your weakness and reinforce your strengths. I'll work with you to get past mental blocks. Michael Jordan didn't make varsity in high school. Three years later he was one of the top college players. Sometimes just finding one weakness and addressing it can drive you to the next level. I was undersized when I played basketball. I had to accept that I may not ever be as tall as them, but I could out condition them. That has been the key to my success, over and over again.

Success is a learned behavior. When I work with a client, I try to find something in their life that they excel at and reproduce it in their training. It could be something they do at work, or a hobby, or something in their past. Reapplying the approaches that have been successful in one aspect of your life can make you successful in other areas of your life. Your success is where you have confidence, where you have familiarity.
