Training History

Komang Anarwa's commitment & dedication to the sport of bodybuilding already spans a history of 7 years. His remarkable display of self-discipline and mental focus stems from years training in the field of martial arts. His mental strength is equal to that of his physical ability and his commitment to maintaining a natural approach to the sport has earned him the respect of many competitors and promoters.

His career began in 1997 where at the age of 21 he was awarded 1st place amongst a field of 12 competitors in Ade Rai's Cup.
Arnawa's amazing body sculpture and proportion out ranked most of the field. He was awarded 3rd place with the experience only fueling his determination to reach his goal.

In October of 2002, Arnawa was invited as a 'last minute' entrant to compete in the Invitational Class of the Pesta Raga 'Musclemania' Competition. The timing of this invitation allowed only 2 weeks preparation throughout which Arnawa challenged himself mentally and physically to a ruthless and punishing training program. His unwavering commitment to exercise, nutrition and diet helped to transform his body to a condition that not only rivaled that of other competitors who had dedicated months to preparation, but to a level that would enable him to win first place in a field of fourteen competitors. An unexpected and awesome accomplishment.
